Vet care is an important part of keeping your dog or cat healthy. Lucky Dog's South Carolina campus provides affordable low cost spay and neuter services.
A non-refundable $25 per pet deposit (plus processing fee) is required to request a surgery date. Surgery may only be rescheduled ONCE and must be rescheduled 3 business days before your appointment. If you do not call/ do not show for your appointment or attempt to cancel/change within 24 hours, your deposit will be forfeited.
Your appointment is NOT confirmed until you sign and return the anesthesia consent form. Failure to sign and return the form within 3 days of receipt may result in the cancellation of your appointment.
