The most common reason a recurring donation fails is an expired credit card. To resolve this, please log in to the donor portal and update your card details. If you’ve recently moved, be sure to update your billing address as well. If everything appears current and the issue persists, we recommend contacting your bank or card provider for assistance.
How can I update my contact or payment information?
You can easily update your monthly donation through our donor portal. If you need help to log in, simply click “Forgot Password” and enter your email address — you’ll receive a link to access your account and reset your password.
